Server adding issue

Am I the only one or are there other people for who the adding server to pmc doesn't work? So like when I press test connection it says that the ip is invalid and I should check the input, though everything works fine. I did create a ticket and I didn't get a response to my messages for about a week. I tried everything I could from changing the query protocols to changing from proxy to game servers and country. Am I the only one with such an issue and how do I fix it?



P.S. I got this response "If your IP works, then a domain pointing to the same IP should also work" a while ago so the proxy isn't an issue
