SERVER ADVERTISING?

I know to post my server on PMC, and other toplist sites like that etc ..
But I'm looking for some good advertisement that I can pay for, and I'm willing to spend about $350.

Does anyone know sites besides sponsored spot on toplists? since they've already all been taken this month.
