Server advertising

Hey everyone. I have recently started up a server, and I am having trouble with advertising and getting a good player base. Personally The loyal group of players that already play on my server all say the server could potentially become much larger than it currently is.
1) Where should I advertise besides Planet Minecraft and Minecraft forums?
2) What is the best way to start up a good server and gain players at a decent rate?
3) Please check out the server at "MT.cbyte.co" and give me any tips on how to grow the community!

You should definitely work on your website. It looks VERY basic and unorganized. People usually check out the website first before your server, and you want to make a good first impression. Changing up your website is definitely something you have to do.
Make a better website first off. If you excel your design, you can really attract players. ?Then you can go on advertising. Check out my enjin website at http://slicecrafter.com Do you see how much more is put into it instead of the default black website like yours.
