Server /baltop only showing prefixes for online players

As the title says, when you execute /baltop the list only displays the prefixes for online players. The prefixes themselves were configured in PermissionsEx and the /baltop command is from Essentials. I'm hoping to get all prefixes displayed if possible?

Sadly, PEX and VAULT Can only get balances from online players

It does get the balance - it just doesn't post their prefix next to the offline players

Its because PEX or VAULT cant retrieve the balance from offline players.
