Server Banners

Hey Crazy here. I have recently come upon an issue with my server on PM. The issue is not relative to the server at all, it is related to the site. I am wondering if I am the only one with this problem. Just early today I created a gif banner for the server, followed all the guidelines, it is 468x60 pixels, less than 300 kb, I don't understand what is wrong. When I view the server, the banner doesn't show at all. Please help me with this issue. I made a pretty attractive gif banner and I am pretty sure it would attract more people to my server, except all of that is for nothing if the banners I submit don even show up. I have noticed that most server banners aren't working either. I would really appreciate it if someone would help me with this.
