Server building

I need some help with building. I need to make 1 mine, 1 nether spawn and thats it. I am looking for 2-3 builders. If you can help and actually build it. I will grant you staff.(op) My server is port forwarded and when im done, i wiill buy the server. I am not giving the ip yet.
