Server Building Problem

Ok. So I have this server I own and I try to punch a block. The block looks like it breaks for a second, then it goes back to normal, as if I never punched it. I can't build either. There is a area where I can't destroy/build blocks, the rest of the world is normal. There is no worldguard protecting the area and as owner I set it so I have all permissions.
I am very confused!

I figured out what was causing the problem! Essentials /setspawn command set up protection around spawn that only ops could edit. I still don't know how to fix this other than give myself op, and I don't want that. Is there any way I could turn this off or something?

NVM! I got it working! I just had to add spawn-radius: 0 in bukkit.yml.
