Server connectin not workin

Every 20 minutes or so, my console just stops working. I cant type anything, no one can talk. Then the server shuts down. It says there was an error report sending report to apple. I have to shut everything off and then put it back on again. When i turned it on, all of the members started complaining about how they lost all their stuff and all their building was undone. Someone Please help me. The IP is 71.172.89.195. My server will be on later tonight at 9 and usually all day for this week. Please get back to me aout this. This needs to be fixed, and it needs to be fixed fast
