Server Cookieslap

I am a moderator on a server that had recently established a new game called "cookieslap".
It is very similar to the original server game, yet it lacks a few important things.
It needs scoring, and a leaderboard.
During gameplay, you click a diamond block, which automatically provides you with a knockback cookie, which warps you to the arena.
A main issue is that I would like to persuade the owner to make it so that when you die, you respawn back into the arena, with already a cookie in hand.
We also need a leaderboard and scoring.
We wanted to use that plugin which lists your K:D in the side,however, it does not support multiworld sadly .
It is difficult to code your own game in my opinion, so i would like for you to reach for help if possible. thanks
