Server Creative problem.

I've been playing on a server with creative (Limited creative plugin) and for some reason I can't take items from the creative tab and place them anywhere in my inventory. The owner does not know why. I can't even take items off of my toolbar it's like soulbound. But I can still place items that are already in my toolbar. I don't know what's happening and it's only for me. The owner is stumped and I don't know what to do. Again he's using the Limited Creative Plugin. Any help will be appreciated
