Server Dev in need

Hello, my name is Sean (thatcraftinkid IGN) and i've recently set up my own server.
This server is currently being hosted by me but i expect to change that soon. The server doesn't lag and is usually on 24/7. (I have a pretty beast computer)
Anyway, i'm looking for someone who is great with plugins and can create them when needed. I hope to see this server grow i just cant do it alone.
Requirements:
- Experience with plugins
- Created plugins in the past (proof you created them)
- Skype
- Patience
I hope someone here would be happy to be my server Developer.
Server IP, etc, will be given after.
