Server disconnecting people every 5 minutes.

SERVER STATS:
2 GB of RAM
1 CPU
Was running at 38% RAM and 28% CPU when the error occurred.
Idles at 10% CPU and 20% RAM
3 people on at time of error.
What happens;
Clearlag announces it will "clear entities" in a minute.
Everyone freezes.
Everyone loses connection and connection is refused for a minute.
Error log;
List of warnings "Top to bottom"

Starting with the ClearLag warning and then the rest of the errors that follow.

Ok you need to repair the "prism_actions" table in phpmyadmin

I'm not sure if that would help, but you should do it anyways.

I've deleted it, nothing has changed. Perhaps it may be prism because I've gotten a new error

Ok delete ChatManager and I will take a look to see if any of those plugins would be conflicting.

Have you installed anything recently since the crashed started to happen?

The only plugin that is in red is Chatmanger, which I don't use.

My plugins would be

Something is forcing your server to stop allowing outside connections.

May I have a list of your plugins please?
Also, when you type /pl is anything in red?

What version of craftbukkit are you running?
