I've been trying to figure out how to change the ip of my Fluctis-Hosted server from
the servername.fluctis.com to
servername.net
Pleasehelp! Im wondering if i register a domain name for a year?
Im just confused on what to do. I dont want to waste donation money.

Find some DNS host, you can use cloudflare. Cloudflare is a sort of CDN / antiDoS service, but it should still work.
If you have a port, you can remove that with an SRV record.
Hosthorde has a good tutorial on how to do this with cloudflare.

If you don't mind a port, or you have a default port(25565), you can just add an A record pointing to your server's IP. The IP you have right now, the subdomain of fluctis.com is not the actual IP, you can search it up on easywhois.com with the DNS Information Lookup to find your server's actual IP.
