I recently created a server. IP: 198.15.86.235:25566 It came with a port.
Im trying to get a domain with it. I made a TK website and it went to a different ip.
Now someone else has it. I cant enter the PORT in the ip to change the domain.

In other words he wants his .tk domain to be the server ip. Tecrz, you can't do that unless you own the domain through godaddy, fatcow, etc. Free domains wont work.

I know the problem. You have to put the port after it when joining it. When you use the TK thing, point it to your IP, A record. It's default port, which means you don't have to put it in when using the record.

ya,i agree with you.
A record is default port.So no need to put your ip address.you can check whether your domain name point to ip or not using DNS query.Nowadays there are lot of tools available for free.I found Whoisxy.com through Google search. Here you can get accurate results.

I'm confused....what is wrong?

If you own a domain simply update your A record to point to the IP address of your server.
