Server Donations?
Since the new EULA mojang let out. Everyone didnt know what to do. But alot of servers still sell this items in game? WIll they ever get caught and what would happen? I wanna do donations on mine but im curious about this.

Mojang is going to read reports, but the most they will do is tell the server owner to stop, or change the way their donations work. As for some players saying that Mojang will take you to court, it is highly unlikely. This would be very expensive for Mojang, and really wouldn't be worth it.
It may state they can't "sell" in game items for cash. There is nothing saying people can't donate to the server to help pay off costs and get free items in return. I smell a loophole xD
People can report but no one has been "punished" yet as far as I know
