Server "End Of Stream" Help

Okay so long story short I used to run a server awhile ago. Well it never encountered any of the End Of Stream Errors and it was running 24/7. But now I have moved to a new home and a slower internet connection. (Different Router too). I was wondering if there was anything I can do to stop the random End Of Stream Errors my players are getting? Maybe something to do with the Connection Throttle?
