SLICEnSLICEFirst off:
As a server owner, I find PermissionsEX to be much better. The overall way the plugin works is very suitable for easy permissions and server operation.

Back to your other topic:

To make your self owner, it should look something like this:

users:
kimkandor:
subgroups: []
permissions:
- essentials.heal
group: Default
zenexer:
subgroups: []
permissions: []
group: Mod
khobbits:
subgroups: []
permissions: []
group: Admin

Order does matter.

Back to the first question.

GroupManager overwrites the permissions file everytime the server is stopped and started. Therefore, you must save the file on your host multigraft/FTP or in your server file, then in-game do the command /manload. (Make sure you are opped).

Anything else? Be sure to ask.

Would u be able to help me out by testing some stuff with me and stuff ive been having alot of trouble with permissions

Can you please paste your group manager file. It appears to be a parsing error.
