Server Error Help

I started a minecraft server a while ago and lately I have been getting the end of stream error alot. I do not know what could have caused this and have no idea how to fix it. I cant even get on it today for some unknown reason. Any help with this.
also the server is up to date so dont say that is the problem plz.
