Ok so my friend has a server and hes not on very much.
Is there a way he can give me a copy of the server files and console and that whenever I change something, it changes in his files and on the server?

All the server files would be on a Online Server Space, and with Filezilla you can download them to your computer or edit them yourself
Filezilla...Heard of that..Why do you need paid hosting?:/
If you had Paid Hosting you could connect to the server on ftp via filezilla

Not necessarily, but you could work with a flash drive you guys could trade off.... Have you considered paid hosting? KOTE Marketing does it for cheap, and we have one slot left. Maybe that would be a good alternative, since you could just email us when you want changes made to the server.
