Server Finder Help

I am an okay experienced Minecraft player and recently I've been disgusted with the influx of new players that don't respect the servers and people that play on them. All i want to do is build a nice house and survive the nights of Minecraft and that being all I have to worry about. I hate griefers that destroy your builds and I really hate Admins that don't do anything about it. All i want is to find a nice private server with veteran players and play with them.

This is a message to all private server owners/organized public server owners, if you have a dedicated server and only allow good experienced players on your server i'm your guy and wish to find a home on your server and build to make it better not worse.
