Contest Participation:
All you need is a good idea of a spawn / begin region / base and then build it. It seems fairly easy but its complicated. Your Project must contain the begin region of the server you will have with the desired "Server Idea". To increase the chance to be chosen you can either Have a very good "Server Idea" Or a Very good "Begin Region". The more unique you go the higher the chance you will be chosen. I will choose the most unique and Original Idea.
Hint: Do not make a Pvp server as idea as they arent unique
You are not forced to post your project here but it will increase your chance since we can't see every single project posted Except if people link their projects here so we can see them all. There are around 4 - 5 judges including me To see your idea and "Begin Region"

Upon winning this contest you recieve a free minecraft server with a 2 - 4 gb. This is A lifetime free server as long you/we think is needed. If you get enough donations we will setup a different agreement with the server prices etc. This is still with a discount , You will not pay the whole price of the server i pay. When you recieved the server the server is not eligble to sell or give away to any other person.
2.Advertisement
The server has to be advertised upon winning. You got 3 days to fully setup your server with the pre-made map and plugins. This is to make sure the price goes to the right person. If this doesn't succeed we will discuss what will happen and its possible we give the server to the 2nd place.After the 3 days you will have to advertise your server at a daily basis. This is to make sure the server is populated and worthy for a free host.
3.Donations
When you recieve the server you will have to enable donations for the server. This is to make sure that you are able to generate funds to keep up the server and when you succeeded this you will gain a payment agreement* This is completely optional but it will loosen the server from some restrictions. The resitrictions are:
*Do not Change the spawn
*All Judges has to gain the rank [Judge] ( No extra perms then [Member] needed )
*Do not Demote Any judges as [judge] on your server.
4.Panel Information
Upon recieving the server you automaticly gain access to the server panel. This information is completely stricted for you. On notice of giving away this information you will loose the server ( exceptions possible **). The plugins you add are completely up to you. But the basic plugins that has to be added are :
*Worldguard
*Worldedit
*Any announcer plugin
5.Knowing the Winner
Upon winning Tons of people will see you are the winner of this contest. Therefor this is the perfect advertisement on PMC. You may use this contest as advertisement but only when you are the official winner of this contest. Any other frauds will be disqualified and reported to the Pmc staff.
6.Participating
Every participant is allowed to promote hes / her project . Double Posting is not allowed in this contest. Every double post will be cosiderd as spam and therefor be disqualified. When Sending in a Project You will have to fill in the form written above. Any incompelte information will be a Minor point to your project as it looks incomplete.

-What hosting company are you working under?

-is this officially sanctioned by this company?
Yes this is official sanctioned by the company
- Are cracked clients allowed to access servers under this host?
Cracked Clients are allowed but they may not be based on a cracked only server.
-must it be bukket? Bukket does not play well with Mods, and some light modding is usually quite acceptable on the average server. I am perfectly capable of maintaining a server without bukket while also putting a stop to greifing, so why bukket? backing up and having a good map editor can deal with most if not all damages.
Bukkit isn't a requirement. You can have bukkit or not. its your desicion. aslong the server idea is original and unique i will allow non-bukkit server.
-Pay to play servers, are they acceptable? This could supplement server costs short term, or even perhaps long term. This is also a proven anti-greifer tactic
This is aswell acceptable but the price must not be overpriced. I can understand that TVB asks 15$ or an apply to get in the voxelbox beceause they are known over the world and the whole minecraft community. But a starting server can't set 15$ as people don't know what they are joining
-Judge rank could effectively be abused, if a judge griefs are we able to ban them?
A judge rank ( as mentioned before ) Doesn't have the requirement to be Op or admin. They have the same perms as every other regular player. If a judge griefes . He / She will be taken from the team immediatly and will be allowed to be banned.
-Are you entirely prepared to continuously provide for a server even if it is not entirely successful?
As every server host regarding these conditions a server with no succes or members online they will discuss and come to an agreement. I am Capable to host the server for 5 more months so far on my payments. After that i might ask for a partly payment but this is still optional. If you don't get donations we will discuss ( as Metntioned in the ToS )

I am concerned with the prospect of being unable to change a server spawn. While yes, a spawn at first is perfect for members, It becomes less effective as time go's on due to stripping of resources, player building, and general necessary change.
I wish to understand what is behind this miniature contest and why it feels illegitimate. I work extensively with my own site host on a personal level and wish that if someone were to win this they would have a very much similar relationship.

Your 'Server Idea': I would make the server have about main factions, with huge and well fortified bases. Each faction would have a command structure. They could form alliances, or have wars. If people want, they can apply to create another large faction, but the judges and staff decide if the faction should be formed or not. This is so that everyone works together, not split out across a large amount of factions!

Your age: 13 (I'm not immature, I've been admin on so many servers and atm I'm an admin on 1-2 i think! The reason I'm admin on those 2 is that a fantastic server I was an admin on went down, the hoster betraid us & ripped the contract.. so it went down, after spending months in creating towns, life tree, etc. Custom terrain map by me and all.. We spent weeks just premaking the world! PM me if you want some kind of proof

Theres a bit of a problem... Servers usually require a monthly fee and will you pay the fee forever (Or as long as needed) or will we need to pay the fee... If we need to pay the monthly fee this contest is pointless
The server will be free as long as needed, I will check your community page often and when i see that you make a 3 - 2 x profit of what i pay for the server you will have the option to pay yourself.
