Server Hacking?
A few minutes ago i was on a server with some minecraft friends. Yesterday we banned 3 people but one didn't leave at exactly 2:56:01 we thought we banned him but today he got back on Disguised as Notch and said you need to defeat the Hacker. When he got on I banned him but he got back on a few seconds later. 3 times later i'm still banning him. We had the vanish, colorme, and Slenderman plugins on before but they were removed. ( I'm not going on that server until friday) I hear there was a bug with mojang and bukkit but that was fixed. So any ideas on how we can keep him from getting on? He is not op. (also can't track ip)

He doesn't come on that often after we treated him like a normal person now :D
Sounds like you're running a cracked minecraft server.....there's your problem right there. Set your server to "Online" and you won't have anymore problems like this.
I'm not hosting, Im just an admin. And it is online the owner told me.
