Server Help

Hi my name is Tclementi1 and I am starting up a 24/7 Dedicated server Once I sittuate all the plugins an get them all perfect I will transfer it to my server. Before I do that I need to get all the plugins situated. If you would like to help me and know a lot about plugins and would like the position of co-owner of my server please help.

Here are some of the things I want

Groups
-Owner-Orange-All Commands
-Co-Owner-Blue-All Commands
-Admin-Green-All commands except plugin commands
-Member-Default-Normal minecraft with /warp /spawn /tpa

Plugins-what I nee them to do so plugins to suit the needs
Protect spawn
Warp and spawn and tpa
Chest protect
World Border
Npc
Groups
HungerGames-Don’t need to setup
PVP logger prevention
No Cheat
The Admin Co-owner an owner need to be able to seee in others inventory but only the owner can take what is in the inventory
World Edit
Something that will tp you to a diff World

If you could create a plugins folder with all the needs I will make you co-wner once I move it to my server.
