Hello,I am trying to set up a server but i cant make my public ip address to be static.I dont want to pay for Hosting at the moment.So if anyone knows how to make it static please post a reply,I just need the ip then i am done.Please help

go to no-ip.com to get your server without using your ip adress for the public to see!
You cannot make your IP Address static unless you talk to (and usually buy one from) your Internet Provider. You can use DynamicDNS to achieve something like that though.
