Server Help

Recently our server had an issue with pressure plates, buttons, switches.. not actuating (opening) doors. They stopped working. none of the items that open doors work with doors. however everything else in the redstone group works. So the doors are locked somehow. I cannot pin point the exact point it changed as far as me causing something to make that happen.
The server is a Bukkit server.
Here are the plugins on the server:
World Border, no cheat plus, voxel sniper, big brother, health bar, permissionesex, uskyblock, bouncy sponge, survival games, clear lag, color full list, pvp soup, essentials, simple vote listener, essentials spawn, citizens, creative control, sign shop, sign shop hotel, vault, plot me, multiverse core, miners elite, mine back up, skywars, mob arena, pvp filter, multiverse portals, multiverse inventories, and sdf economy.
I've searched countless forums for hours looking for a solution and went through the config files for everything trying to find something that would cause pressure plates and buttons to suddenly stop opening doors. ive searched for possible reasons the doors wont open to pressure plates, buttons and switches. I hope i provided enough information to help you help me and if there's anything i need to add please let me know... i really would like to get to the bottom of this problem.

Try adding the
perm to your permission files. I used to have this problem and this is how I fixed it!

ah Well I'm not to sure but try removing Svl (Simple vote listener) as its outdated and old it may be causing some what of the problem!
