Server Help - Cannot get server to run on more than 1GB.

I'm not sure if this is the correct spot for this thread or not, If it is not, please excuse me.


I am having trouble running a server off my computer.
I can get it to run off of 1GB of ram But not anymore.

Some answers you guys might say:

"You don't have enough ram"

But here's my answer. I do have enough ram.
I have 10GB of ram. Then I checked task manager
and it says I have over 5GB free. I would wish to Run
It on atleast 4096MB.
