Server Help (Mac Only)

Hello, I got my own server and I've had it for many months now, but here is the problem, ever since I moved, my server stopped working and I tried remaking it, but it still doesn't work with the router not working and I have tried everything fixing the router and looking up youtube videos, but they didn't work. For now, I have to use Hamachi, but I really want my server to be public. Plus, I still have this problem with my server when it was working: Me and my admins can't place blocks or interact with stuff without reloading so I have to reload doing it. I have fixed it before, but I can't remember how. I added permissions to the groups, but it didn't work. Please help.
