Server Help Needed

Hello my name is MagykMal or Mal for short. I run a small minecraft server soon it will be a LOT bigger so I am deciding to upgrade it into a game server. What I mean by game is like mingame plugins such as SurvivalGames and Spleef. I need someone to help me build a hub and set up the hub as well as a few plugins. You would get the rank of Admin on my server. It is currently 1.4.7 so I would suggest downgrading or getting a downgrader such as MultiMC or MC Downgrader.
