Server Help Needed
Hello everyone,
My name is Michael and I am 14. I am going to be starting up a server, with a goal of an average amount of 15-20 players, but I need some help. I want to know what kind of server I should make, what/how many plugins to install, how to test people to see whether they're worthy of getting staff and how to get players. I'm also wondering
I am quite familiar with coding the plugins in the FTP file, even though I haven't had many servers. I'm very familiar with most commands from big, popular plugins such as Essentials, World edit and CoreProtect.
Anyway, I hope someone can help me out here

The current trending gamemode is prison now. It is not too hard to setup and will attract players if you develop it well enough.
The amount of plugins in your server does not matter. Most of the time, you will want to have less plugins to prevent your server from being bloated with unnecessary features. Plus, players don't like to get overwhelmed with so much plugins.
I think the best way to promote someone worthy enough is to have them play on your server. One that is very loyal to the server even in its hard times. Do not promote random players to staff, they're face is as big as yours in the server. Even if you're doing well as an owner, your server will certainly get rekt if your staff doesn't do well.
