Server Help Needed :)

Hey, I am currently in progress of creating a MC server. I have been wanting to create a server for awhile now, but I just haven't had the right resources. Now that I have them, I plan on making an enjoyable and unique MC server.

I am looking for opinions on what you would like to see in a MC server. Any suggestions are welcome.
