Server help without hamachi.

I have a hamachi server and I want to run it without hamachi so more people who don't have hamachi can play. I also don't want to use my actual ip address because it changes every once in a while and also won't let me into the server. Just to tell you right now I am using craftbukkit with hamachi. Any suggestions?
