If u want 24/7 u cant have it free :/' if u just want to play now and then with ur friends im sure u can find someone who would like to play with you and hist the server .

You shall use Beastnode. Some of their servers is in the same place as some of the google and ebay server. Top quality. No lag, no downtime and it's cheap.
