Server Host + Spawn URGENT

Okay so basically my parents are allowing me to get a server but I need a host, cheap preferred.

I also need a spawn for the server, I need it orignal or its a big... Fat... No.

For the spawn, you get a rank on the server, plus something else. Ill decied later.
