For Servers -Find a minecraft Reseller account, They are often very pricey, and require you to make sales each month to pay the bill.

Actually. Takes more then what TechCraft said. You need to buy Quality servers. Usually about $500USD to $1000USD (Each)
And you need 1Gb/s Internet.

That is not to have a server hosted. It is to sell servers to people. Stop attempting to confuse the poster.

You need to buy a dedicated server to host minecraft servers and a website on the same place. Note websites don't use much RAM so it is ok to host both off the same machine.
I'm actually working on getting some new servers in my data center in Chicago. Here's some ideas if you're serious. If not... Move along.
Caution: To be successful this way you'll need to invest anywhere from $12,000 - $90,000 depending on if you buy your own data center. In total my previous company spent (in it's lifetime) 190,000 dollars on servers and the data center. However in profit we recieved 230,000 (in a ten year period). Since you asked what you need here's a list of the essentials.
Buy a minimum of 4 rack servers along with a server rack with liquid cooling. (About 5000 - 11,000 depending on what brand/type)
If you're serious buy a data center (make sure you buy a location in a large city that recieves very good internet connection (Chicago, New York, England, etc.)
Buy a minimum of 1 router per server (depending on if they are shared or dedicated)
Register with your state and declare that you're starting a business blah blah blah.
