Server Ideas for New Dedicated Server

Hello, (not advertising server) I'm the Owner at ar-mc.com and we've been experiencing so much lag lately and have been running servers on and off for about 1 year now.
Our new dedicated host will have 3 separate servers on it with the following specs:
Intel i7-3770
16GB DDR3 RAM
120GB SSD
4 IPs
5TB transfer @ 100mbit
Our first server that I will mainly run is Factions: ar-mc.com if you want to see it.
Others are possibly Survival Games and maybe that will change... any ideas??

That is really advertisy...but survival games are popular and infected is always fun.
