Server IP invalid HELP!

I need help, urgently..
I am trying to post my "HUB" server so all my server votes can go to it using "VoteSend"
anyway...every time i try type in my IP: hub.kronoskraft.net with the port of 25565 it says
"Invalid server address or port"
the server address and port is correct, if i connect to it via Minecraft it works fine.
it is not spigot as my other IP's work on PMC. such as towny.kronoskraft.net and factionpvp.kronoskraft.net
and yet i cannot get the hub ip working....
Please help.
P.S the ip i am connecting to is the BungeeCord IP... the IP not as the DNS Works fine which is 172.245.34.36

You might be running the wrong version of minecraft. Example 1.7.2 or 1.7 or 1.6.4 etc...
From what it sounds like, you're trying to set up voting, if that's true, 25565 is not the default port for votifier, I believe 8192, but if it doesn't work check in your config to see what you set the port to.
