My Server Keeps Crashing!

Hello. Today I was setting up my new and beta server & all of a sudden it started crashing, I wasn't using worldedit, but my plugins is: (16) WhatIsIt, NoCheatPlus, WorldEdit, Essentials, EssentialsChat, PermissionsEx, ClearLag, floAuction, EssentialsSpawn, Multiverse-Core, HolographicDisplays, Vault, MassiveCore, WorldGuard, Factions, CombatLog

My server is only running on 768MB for now so please tell me what would help

Looks like something is wrong with your spawn.
