Server laggy when SkyBlock world loaded

I'm trying to film a SkyBlock machinima and whenever the SkyBlock world is loaded it's really laggy, but when any other world is loaded the movement is completely smooth.

You might need to have the area rendered more or maybe it's just too much for your computer to handle.
