[1.7.10] Server/Mod/MC Help?
The error in question:
This IS A SERVER. No other players are online currently.
My mods:
Important Notes
There was a glitch/error with the item ID in the server, mixing up some items with other items. (EXAMPLE: Grass Block is now Cobblestone)
Please help me! If I'm missing any info, post it down below and I will be sure to get it as fast as possible!!!

i use to have to deal with this sort of,.... rubbish,... to put it lightly all the time with 1.7.10
i had to fix it by starting a singleplayer world, waiting for all the configs and stuff to generate then upload them to the server along with the mods and on occasion the world as well
