How can my friend get on my server
My friend can get on my server and we have tried everything. Youtube vids are hard to understand and they are too long.

The problem most likely, is that you have not set up port forwarding for your router. Look at your router and get the model number, then do a search for "port forwarding for insert router model here"
What kind of server are you running?
try going to this and have him connect to that ip address
