Server Not Allowing Anyone To Connect

Our server is hosted by Nitrado (http://server.nitrado.net) and I am currently trying to get the server to show up online. it says to anyone Can't Connect To The Server.

I have tried restarting the server and joining the server, but nothing works!

Can Someone Please Help Me?
