I complete all the steps for my Netgear router for the port-forwarding,but when I go to connect to my Minecraft server,it just says Can't Reach Server. Are there any steps that I need to do to put the server online or have I missed out a step?

That did not work,which kinda stinks. xD
For you to connect, you need to use your ipv4 address, since you are in the local reach. Everyone else in the world will use your home ip to connect, but you need to use either your ipv4 address or "localhost"
