Well this forum is about my server i just recently bought yestarday and im wondering if anyone owns a server which has Permissions all setup, And the Chat format im using is EssentialsChat & GroupManager, So please add me on skype if you would like to help me in the future and become a mod of my server when it is up soon enough thank you

Go find PermissionsEX on Bukkit plugins Search
Install it and use this config
