Does anyone knows what for plugin is used for that??
I already ask the staff of the server, but they don't know what plugin it is.

If you are trying to find out what plugins the server is using and it is a bukkit server try /plugins
Thats not what he is trying to find, there is a plugin on some "well kown " servers that teleport you from one server to another using the command /server

How do you know that. There are more servers that uses that plugin.
Is that the plugin for the /server command ?
its not a plugin its a proxy that runs over top of the servers. i cant really explain how to work it but i know how to. doesnt go in the plugin folder. its has to run by its self but run it like the normal craftbukkit but launch the bungeecord file. do end to stop it
Make sure to set all of the other servers to offline mode or this will not work. dont worry tho the proxy that goes over top does check the players to make sure they have real accounts.
