Hey now I try to do the start_command but now when I click it this comes up

You can't get plugins on a vanilla server. You need a bukkit server for that. To get a bukkit server you have to go to the craft bukkit wiki and download the jar, then make the run file. If it's too complicated, that's ok! I could make one as soon as I get on my computer (I'm on my iPod, just woke up : P) and attach it onto my next post here. I need to know two things. Are you running 32 bit java or 64 bit java? And is your pc a 64 bit or 32 bit? If you want some plugins just say and I could install them for you. I would suggest essentials and group manager, because essentials gives most of the basic functions (warping, setting spawn, spawning mobs, etc.), and group manager is a basic permissions manager. If you want I could even configure them a bit for you (make it so essentials doesnt prevent TNT or lava, or enable warp signs and buy signs ) group manager gives a basic set of 5 ranks ( owner, admin, moderator, builder, default), but if you want more you can configure it yourself. I'd offer to do it for you, but it takes ages, and my own server permissions wouldn't work for you, because I have a lot more plugins, and so there would be a lot of extra permissions...
