Server Popularity/Advertisments.

I am looking for some help on this. I have a decent size server according to some. But i am still trying to expand. I have 7 places to vote including PMC and MCF. But bumping the posts every 24 hours isnt doing much from what i can tell. If anyone would like to hop onto the server and let me know what you think? Like what you think when you first join or something. That would be awesome. Also anyone have any other ways of advertising and growing in a player base. Thanks.
