So i tryed to start a minecraft server, and when i open my run.bat file is just tells me that there is already a server running on that port, but i do not have any server up. How can i completely stop all servers, or restart the port or something.

did you already port forword it to 25565?
Perfect answer. Or just change the port to a different one.
