Server Port Wont Open

Hey Any help here? I used to run my minecraft server all the time but recently the port randomly closed and it wont open no matter what i do. I have tried everything from shutting down my fire wall, To resetting my router but nothing works....

Btw: I use a Verizon MI424WR Router
