Server problem read now

I have a HUGE server problem! only I can join. My friends can't (I checked through Skype). Also planet minecraft can't detect it so I can't ad it. Plz Help!

Are you running it off of your own PC? and if so have you port-forwarded the correct ports?

What ports do you port forward?
