Hey guys i use PermissionsEx cuz group manager wasnt working out for me. So im not sure if i did the permissions.yml right cuz everytime someone talks its their rank and all the info from their permissions.yml file? its so confusing and you have to be op to talk! So someone plz help my server is 24/7 now and i need help! if u help out u can make your own rank and be part of the staff
